Our rescue service began in 1972 as a part of AVFD, and in 2022, we transitioned into an independent entity: Alburgh Rescue Incorporated. This separation allowed us to enhance our capabilities and ensure more reliable 24/7 coverage for the communities we serve.

Alburgh Rescue, Inc. is more than just an ambulance service; we are an integral part of the Alburgh community. In addition to our 24/7 emergency response, we actively engage in community outreach programs. We provide first aid and CPR classes and have taught "Stop the Bleed" and CPR to middle school students at the Alburgh Educational Center.
